1. Failure Caused By Non-Human or Environmental Factors;

2. The Warranty Label and Serial Number are Intact, Without Traces of Modification or Tearing.

Not Eligible For Free Warranty

Failure Caused By Human Factors:

1. Abnormal Power on And off (Referring to Sudden Power Failure and Shutdown);

2. The Appearance is Scratched or Damaged;

3. Behaviors That Damage the Product, Such as Beating, External Force Extrusion, Drop Damage, Etc.;

4. Unauthorized Disassembly of Equipment, Modification of Equipment (Replacing All Parts of Equipment), Modification of BIOS, Unauthorized

 Maintenance, Etc.

Failures Caused By Environmental Factors:

1. Place The Device Outdoors or in a High Temperature (Above 40°C is High Temperature) or Humid Environment For a Long Time;

2. The Liquid Is Injected Into The Equipment or Damp, Etc.;

3. Power System Failures Caused By Lightning Strikes or Other Reasons Due to Ungrounded Electrical Systems;

4. Faults Caused By Voltage Instability (When The Instantaneous Voltage Is Too High, it Will Cause The Motherboard To Burn Out).

Warranty Process

1. When The Equipment fails, Please Record The Video As Soon Aas Possible To Save The Failure Phenomenon;

2. Send Us The Video And Explain The Situation, We Will Do Remote Diagnosis For You;

3. After Our Remote Diagnosis, We Will Give a Warranty Solution.

4. The General Warranty Solution is: Send Brand New Accessories With The New Order, And Guide Customers To Repair And Replace.

 

Other Instructions

1. Effective Date Of Warranty: The Warranty Period Is Calculated From The Day The Product Leaves The Factory.

2. Warranty Scope: Only Limited To Hardware Products, Operating System, Software, User Data, Etc. Are Not Included In The Warranty Scope.

3. For Products Using SSD (SSD Hard Disk Does Not Support Data Recovery) And HDD (HDD Hard Disk Cannot Recover Data 100%), Customers Need

To Back Up Data By Themselves, And Customers Must Bear The Risk Of Data Loss By Themselves.
